upflux.co provides an AI-powered sales prospecting service that assists in identifying and engaging with potential leads. The Service's scope is limited to lead research, data analysis, and marketing support as described on our website. UpFlux does not guarantee any specific business outcomes. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Eligibility

Use of the Service is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old or legal entities. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. 9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.

10. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and UpFlux. We may update these Terms by posting the revised version on our website.
